Une hausse conséquente de la production en pétrole a été noté en Libye notamment avec 936 000 barils par jour. Un situation qui ne s’est pas produit durant l’année écoulée.
En effet, a production pétrolière de la Libye a considérablement augmenté en atteignant 936 000 barils par jour (bpj). Ce là s’explique par la reprise des activités dans quatre des champs pétrolifères du pays, mais aussi la réouverture des ports.
Avec des objectifs de hausse de la production à plus de deux millions de bpj en 2022, la Libye se concentre désormais sur le renforcement des opérations, ces développements s’avérant cruciaux.
En raison d’un blocus politique des champs pétrolifères de l’ouest du pays, notamment la fermeture de quatre ports en raison des conditions météorologiques ainsi que la fermeture d’un important pipeline en raison de travaux d’entretien, la production pétrolière de la Libye avait fléchi. Toutefois, à la reprise de ces activités, la production du pays est sur une tendance à la hausse.
Durant l’année 2021, la production a été en moyenne de 1,2 million de bpj, baissant à 700 000 avec les perturbations.
Actuellement, avec la reprise des champs pétrolifères clés y compris le champ de Sharara qui produit actuellement 200 000 b/j, la Libye est en bonne voie pour atteindre ses objectifs après avoir vécu des moments troubles qui ont affecté leur capacité de production.
