Le système AutoStore offre la plus haute densité de stockage cubique incluant des systèmes de stockage et de picking automatisés de très haute technologie. A titre d’exemple, 15.000 unités de gestion des stocks (SKU) peuvent être stockées dans une surface de 600m2 seulement.
Et grâce à son design totalement modulaire, le système peut facilement s’adapter à différentes hauteurs de plafonds ou obstacles. Les poteaux par exemple, qui représentent habituellement un obstacle, sont intégrés directement au design du système. De plus les possibilités sont sans limite puisque la solution est modulable à partir de 75m2 à l’infini.
Multiplier par 4 les capacités de stockage
La solution AutoStore se compose de 5 modules : une grille pour la structure, des bacs faisant office de conteneurs de stockage, des robots autonomes pour déstocker et transporter les bacs, un ou plusieurs postes opérateur pour le picking en fin de ligne, et un contrôleur pour piloter le tout à distance.
Totalement indépendante du bâtiment, elle permet de multiplier par 4 les capacités de stockage, sans avoir à déménager.
Une disponibilité des stocks proche de 100%
Concrètement l’AutoStore fonctionne de la façon suivante. Au sein de sa structure tridimensionnelle en aluminium, des bacs autoportants d’une capacité de 30kg sont transportés vers les stations de prélèvement par des robots ultra-performants, générant un traitement rapide et précis des commandes.
Chaque robot est doté de deux ensembles de roues pour se déplacer selon des axes perpendiculaires. Ils peuvent atteindre indépendamment n’importe quelle position ou n’importe quel bac dans la grille – éliminant ainsi virtuellement toute défaillance système en un point unique, avec une disponibilité des stocks proche de 100%.
Des commandes prêtes en moins de 10 minutes
La conception et les fonctionnalités efficaces du système AutoStore jouent un rôle essentiel pour garantir un débit élevé de flux des marchandises vers les postes opérateurs.
Ainsi une commande peut être soldée en moins de 10 minutes et, en cas de retour d’articles, ces derniers sont réintégrés dans le système pour une disponibilité immédiate des produits en stock.
Un fonctionnement 24h/24 et 7j/7
L’AutoStore fonctionne 24h/24 et 7j/7 ce qui évite toute rupture de cadences et permet de garantir un haut débit des opérations de stockage et de picking. A noter que le système génère des économies d’énergie à chaque mouvement de produit ! En effet, 10 robots utilisent autant d’énergie qu’un simple aspirateur.
