Dans le cadre de la modernisation de leurs processus logistiques Colibri accompagne les filiales africaines et moyen-orientales d’Orange. Une solution hébergée dans le cloud a été retenue.
Le groupe de télécommunications Orange déploie les produits digitaux de l’éditeur Colibri dans le but d’améliorer sa supply chain la région Afrique et Moyen-Orient.
La solution proposée est constituée de plusieurs fonctionnalités à la pointe de la technologie comme le demande-planning, la visualisation des stocks en projection, ou encore la planification moyen et long terme. Il est également à l’étude une fonction sur la prise en charge des réassorts boutiques.
Présentement, trois pays de la zone sont équipés. Sami Saada, directeur digital & data supply chain chez Orange, témoigne de ce progrès : « Nous avons pu mener avec succès notre transformation avec Colibiri. Intuitif, collaboratif et intégrant toutes les fonctionnalités indispensables à la gestion des opérations de supply chain, Colibiri a reçu un bon accueil de la part de nos filiales Afrique et Moyen-Orient. Prendre des décisions sur le processus S&OP et gérer nos opérations de demand et supply planning est désormais une démarche simple et standardisée ».
Une plateforme SaaS garantie
La solution Colibiri a séduit Orange pour son côté pragmatique, et par la possibilité de pouvoir piloter les processus logistiques de manière centralisée, notamment grâce à une plateforme cloud totalement sécurisée, sans se soucier du niveau de maturité des processus locaux.
L’utilisation de Colibiri étant standardisée, les collaborateurs d’Orange peuvent se concentrer sur leurs tâches sans devoir gérer les montées de versions.
