The Hippone Group is controlled by Ali Belhaj, a former politician famous for having been the founder of the Alliance of Freedoms party which merged into the Authenticity and Modernity Party. The latter is in the process of launching a vast program of construction of modern warehouses dedicated to housing industrial clients.
150 million dirhams is the budget allocated to this mega project which has set itself the objective of reaching a total of 100.000 m2 in storage capacity, particularly on its historic Casablanca site located on Boulevard Chefchaouni.
As a result, the group will rise to the top rank of private Moroccan investors in logistics real estate dedicated to third-party customers. But while remaining behind a player like the Label Vie group which operates more than 100.000 m² but for its own account.
This new project, which is supported by the logistics branch of the Hippone group (Belhaj family group), should contribute to improving the supply of logistics real estate in a city like Casablanca which really needs it.
Especially at a time when manufacturers and logisticians increasingly want to stop weighing down their balance sheets by investing in land themselves.
In addition to logistics and agriculture, two sectors of activity where it is present in citrus growing, Hippone is also present in real estate through Hippone Immo, whose main current projects are located in the Oriental region.
