Le Groupe Hippone est contrôlé par Ali Belhaj, ex-homme politique célèbre pour avoir été le fondateur du parti Alliance des libertés qui a fusionné au sein du Parti authenticité et modernité. Ce dernier est en phase de lancer un vaste programme de construction d’entrepôts modernes dédiés à héberger des clients industriels.
150 millions de dirhams, c’est l’enveloppe destinée à ce méga projet qui s’est fixé comme objectif d’atteindre un total de 100.000 m2 en capacité de stockage, notamment sur son site historique casablancais sis Boulevard Chefchaouni.
De ce fait, le groupe va se hisser au premier rang des investisseurs marocains privés en immobilier logistique dédié aux clients tiers. Mais tout en restant derrière un acteur comme le groupe Label Vie qui exploite quant à lui , plus de 100.000 m² mais pour son propre compte.
Ce nouveau projet qui est soutenu par la branche logistique du groupe Hippone (groupe de la famille Belhaj), doit contribuer à l’amélioration de l’offre en immobilier logistique dans une ville comme Casablanca qui en a vraiment besoin.
Surtout au moment où les industriels et logisticiens souhaitent de plus en plus ne plus alourdir leurs bilans en investissant eux-mêmes dans le foncier.
En plus de la logistique et l’agriculture, deux secteurs d’activités où il est présent dans l’agrumiculture, Hippone est également présent dans l’immobilier à travers Hippone Immo, dont les principaux projets en cours, se situent dans la région de l’Oriental.
