This acquisition will notably consolidate the B2C and B2B e-Commerce offerings, thanks to the integration of Keppel Logistics' UrbanFox platform - which is showing strong growth in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam - into GEODIS' transport network, whose air, sea and road connections in Asia-Pacific will facilitate the transport of goods within the region but also to and from around the world.
