Keppel Logistics est un spécialiste de la logistique contractuelle basé à Singapour et comptant près de 500 collaborateurs. Les capacités logistiques ainsi regroupées renforcent l’offre de services supply chain à destination des clients. Cette acquisition consolidera notamment les offres e-Commerce B2C et B2B, grâce à l’intégration de la plateforme UrbanFox de Keppel Logistics − qui affiche une forte croissance à Singapour, en Malaisie et au Vietnam − au réseau de transport de GEODIS dont les liaisons aériennes, maritimes et routières en Asie-Pacifique faciliteront l’acheminement des marchandises au sein de la région mais aussi en provenance et à destination du monde entier.
Les clients de GEODIS bénéficieront de plusieurs services logistiques, allant de l’entreposage à la livraison du dernier kilomètre et d’une solution informatique propriétaire qui centralise l’état des stocks de l’ensemble des canaux, permettant ainsi de réduire les délais d’exécution et de gérer les variations de volumes lors des pics saisonniers afin de soutenir leur stratégie commerciale.
