DP World a finalisé la reprise du sud-africain Imperial Logistics, acquis en mars 2021. Cette intégration explique la forte croissance du groupe au premier semestre. À 7,93 milliards de dollars, son chiffre d’affaires progresse de plus de 60 % (+ 20 % à périmètre constant).
La logistique pèse un tiers des revenus de DP World désormais (+ 452 % au premier semestre). Ses activités de manutention de conteneurs, gestion de terminaux portuaires et services maritimes se sont également développées de 14 % à 28 %. Le groupe a traité 22,9 M EVP (+ 1,4 %) sur les terminaux dont il détient la majorité du capital.
