À l’occasion de sa convention européenne, STEF a affirmé ses nouvelles ambitions pour 2022-2026. : être le leader européen du transport et de la logistique alimentaire sous température dirigée et atteindre un chiffre d’affaires de 5 milliards d’euros à fin 2026, contre 3,5 milliards d’euros en 2021.
« Ce nouveau plan place le »care« au cœur de nos relations avec l’ensemble de nos parties prenantes internes comme externes – collaborateurs, clients, consommateurs – ainsi qu’au centre de notre stratégie environnementale », a déclaré Stanislas Lemor président-directeur général.
Sur la période 2017-2021, STEF a consolidé son développement européen, en se développant dans un 8e pays, le Royaume-Uni. « Le groupe a également fait le choix stratégique d’élargir la palette de ses savoir-faire au conditionnement industriel (comanufacturing et copacking) et peut ainsi désormais proposer trois types de services – transport, logistique, conditionnement – à ses clients sur l’ensemble de ses marchés ».
STEF a fait grandir son patrimoine immobilier à 3,4 millions de m3 sous température dirigée, en faisant l’acquisition de 132 hectares de terrains stratégiques et en développant ses moyens propres pour la production d’énergies renouvelables.
