Le 25 novembre dernier marquait le lancement de Supply Tech par les ministères de l’Économie et des Transports avec France Logistique. L’objectif principal étant la promotion de l’innovation logistique.
La création du programme Supply Tech figurait parmi les treize mesures du Comité Interministériel de la logistique. Présenté lors de la cérémonie de clôture du salon Supply Chain Event le 25 novembre dernier, cette approche vise à « fédérer les chargeurs – PME et grands Groupes – et les start-ups du transport et de l’innovation » a fait savoir Geoffroy Cailloux.
Selon les propos du sous-directeur des Services marchands à la Direction générale des entreprises (DGE), ce programme a vu le jour afin “d’aider les start-ups françaises à industrialiser leurs innovations à travers des partenariats structurants avec différents les acteurs de la filière. Le but étant de les accompagner à l’international et de pouvoir identifier les freins à leur développement. Il permettra aussi de faire des prévisions liées aux tendances et aux attentes du marché”.
Mesures d’accompagnements de la démarche Supply Tech
Tristan Bourvon, du Service transports et mobilités de l’Ademe nous explique précisément les deux mesures qui accompagnent le lancement de la démarche Supply Tech, il y a l’appel à projets logistiques 4.0 qui est piloté par l’Ademe, ciblant « la numérisation des chaînes logistiques depuis les portes d’entrée et de sortie du territoire jusqu’au dernier kilomètre, leur transition écologique et leur automatisation ».
Doté d’un budget de 90 millions d’euros, cet appel à projets est financé par le quatrième Programme des investissements d’avenir (PIA 4). L’Ademe acceptera les dossiers de candidatures jusqu’au 15 mai 2022.
Selon les explications Geoffroy Cailloux « la deuxième mesure quant à elle vise à “créer une émulation et une réflexion collective sur l’innovation logistique”. Notamment avec la création de trois groupes de travail qui plancheront sur “les champs d’innovation stratégiques pour 2030, les outils pour faciliter la mise en réseau des acteurs ainsi que l’impact des innovations en matière d’emploi, d’organisation logistique et d’attractivité”.
L’ Approche publique/privée de Supply Tech
Unies au sein de France Logistique, les entreprises du secteur sont satisfaites de la répartition des tâches qui correspond parfaitement à leurs attentes.
Selo les propos de la directrice générale Constance Maréchal-Dereu, « l’approche publique/privée de Supply Tech est essentielle afin que les innovations relevant du secteur public répondent aux besoins des acteurs privés”. En phase avec cette démarche elle tient à encourager « la fluidité des contrôles aux frontières » de même que « la numérisation des arrêtés de circulation ».
