Les services prioritaires tournent autour du dédouanement de la marchandise, tout ce qui est formalités portuaires avec les compagnies de transport maritime, tout ce qui nécessite des frais au niveau du terminal à conteneurs, il y a aussi l’enlèvement et la livraison de la marchandise chez le client final.
Nous offrons un service de transport routier avec les camions et pouvons procéder au transport de conteneur du port jusqu’à la destination finale.
En ce qui concerne les cargaisons qui partent en transit vers la sous-région, nous intervenons dans le transport mais aussi au niveau de la frontière vers le Mali et les autres pays comme la Guinée et la Mauritanie. Nous prenons en charge la marchandise de Dakar à Bissau, Bamako, Nouakchott. Et nous procédons à tous ce qui est formalité relative à la marchandise depuis son départ jusqu’à la livraison finale.
- Quelle est la particularité de vos offres de services pour les clients nationaux ?
On peut procéder au Door to Door (Porte-à-Porte), cela veut dire prendre en charge la marchandise depuis son départ jusqu’à l’arrivée. Une fois qu’on nous sollicite, on fait tout le travail en amont et en aval.
Le client a la possibilité de prendre la responsabilité de sa cargaison, de faire le suivi, de pouvoir anticiper sur tout ce qui est contre temps, et pouvoir éviter toutes ces tracasseries qui peuvent survenir au niveau des terminales. Si c’est de l’Europe vers l’Afrique ou l’Europe vers l’Asie, ou l’Afrique vers l’Asie et vice-versa, il y a cette possibilité que nous offrons aux commerçants de prendre en charge depuis le départ jusqu’à l’arrivée.
L’assistance et le conseil quand il y a des difficultés, nous pouvons intervenir à travers les le réseau de nos partenaires au niveau local et international. Nous sommes présents en Afrique de l’ouest notamment en Côte d’Ivoire, au Cameroun, en Gambie et en Afrique de l’Est, nous avons des partenaires qui prennent le relais dans certaines opérations. Nous essayons de développer des synergies, qui nous permettent de pouvoir intervenir un peu partout en Afrique. C’est ça la chaine logistique, être en mesure d’intervenir dans chaque maillon pour être compétitif et pouvoir donner satisfaction aux clients.
- Quel est le circuit de vos différentes opérations : Afrique vers l’Europe ? Europe vers l’Asie ou l’Afrique ? L’Afrique vers l’Asie ou vice-versa ?
Nous avons un bureau en Pologne, mais également en France, nous pouvons gérer à partir de là-bas des opérations de logistique. Nous sommes aussi présents en Amérique du Sud et en Asie. Nous sommes capables de gérer des opérations à partir du Brésil depuis l’Argentine jusqu’en Chine. Nous sommes dans les dispositions pour offrir les meilleurs services partout dans le monde.
- Et dans ce sens, quelles sont les dispositions prises pour les exportateurs locaux ?
On dispose d’un gros potentiel à l’export et beaucoup d’efforts sont réalisés pour booster ce secteur. On travaille sur cet aspect puisqu’il y a beaucoup d’opérations d’export au Sénégal notamment avec les matières recyclables, les produits agricoles et maraîchers.
On s’est positionné dans ce secteur qui est un volet où on propose beaucoup de services logistiques (départ chez le client, formalité à la Douanes à l’export, tout ce qui est shipping au niveau du port et jusqu’en destination vers l’Europe ou l’Asie).
Le plus grand problème, c’est la destination puisque les normes sont très contraignantes, mais on essaie de renforcer la communication avec les exportateurs en termes de documents et conformités pour que leurs opérations se déroulent dans les meilleures conditions.
