From service providers to specialist publishers, recruitment is well underway at the start of this year.

800 new employees expected in 2024 at ID Logistics, 380 at publisher Hardis. Following on from a dynamic market in 2023, the logistics sector confirms its status as a major employer in 2024. Whether for service providers or specialized software publishers, demand for qualified profiles remains strong.

ID Logistics has just announced a major recruitment plan for 800 new employees in France by 2024, to cope with the opening of several sites in the Brittany, Rhône-Alpes, Hauts-de-France and Centre regions.

The logistics company offers permanent positions and around a hundred work-study contracts, for both on-site operational and support function assignments. To attract candidates, ID Logistics conducts a staff satisfaction survey as part of its HappyTrainees label.

According to the company, 80% of employees have found a reason for coming to work at ID Logistics. 80% are satisfied with their career progression and 75% like their working environment.

For its part, publisher Hardis Group plans to recruit 380 employees in 2024 to support its objective of achieving 10% growth, following a 22% increase in sales in 2023.

120 new employees are expected to join Reflex, the business unit dedicated to publishing and integrating logistics execution software, in particular to strengthen the R&D and support teams in Grenoble.

Cloudity, a company specializing in the integration of Salesforce solutions, is to add 40 new employees to its workforce. Hardis is looking in particular for development engineers, infrastructure consultants, test automators, IT project managers, business analysts and specialists in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.
