According to Portnet, this platform, called "Massar Attajir", offers several support services, including "One to One" meetings, enabling economic operators to benefit from personalized assistance in real time with one of Portnet's advisors, and customized training programs to meet the expectations of economic operators.

"We organize awareness-raising workshops, where necessary, in conjunction with international stakeholders, to provide economic operators with the support they need to better master the import-export process.

Once registered on massarattajir.portnet.ma, economic operators will also benefit from technical assistance in all their projects relating to the simplification, digitization and end-to-end integration of their international activities. "The development of this tool meets the expectations of foreign trade and logistics operators in terms of support throughout their international journey", emphasizes Portnet.
