The Republic of Congo will host the Congo International Energy Summit, one of Africa’s flagship energy events. Set to be held for the first time in the country, the three-day summit provides a unique opportunity for networking, debate and negotiation in Brazzaville.
This historic meeting comes at a time when the Republic of Congo assumes the presidency of OPEC, which is located in Brazzaville, a great responsibility placed in the most competent hands of Minister Bruno Jean-Richard Itoua.
The Summit will be of global dimension and will have a significant impact on solving regional and global energy problems.
Held under the patronage of HE Denis Sassou Nguesso and the Ministry of Hydrocarbons, this meeting will have consequences on the attraction of investments in the energy landscape of the Republic of Congo and Africa.
However, it should be noted that the dates of these scheduled events may be subject to change due to a particular context due to the restrictions put in place and the risks linked to COVID-19.
By attending this event, it is understood and accepted that strict COVID-19 protocols will be in place. In the event that screening or testing is denied or COVID-19 protocols are not honored, no access to the event will be permitted by the relevant services.
