Le ministre camerounais des Transports a suspendu, mercredi 8 février, les activités de transport urbain de personnes via la plateforme numérique Yango « jusqu’à nouvel ordre ».

Par communiqué, Jean Ernest Massena Ngalle Bibehe justifie cette décision par le non-respect, par la plateforme russe, de la législation régissant le transport routier au Cameroun, notamment la loi de juillet 2001 sur les professions de transporteurs routiers et d’auxiliaires de transports routiers.
