General purpose of the role
- Define, implement and execute the country's OFR strategy
- Managing and stimulating the performance of OFR product teams
- Ensure effective end-to-end capacity management (including procurement and consolidation optimization) and negotiate key contracts. Responsible for internal pricing and rates.
- Ensures the implementation of sustainable development opportunities in the country

- Ensures the sourcing and optimization/consolidation of spot offers from local suppliers and DRAO, in line with the carrier's strategy.
- Is responsible for pricing. Ensures that overall rates are implemented and respected.

Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of DRAO shipping activities
- At least 8 years' professional experience
- Master's degree in logistics/transportation or other equivalent qualification
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage several bids in parallel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Sales experience/capabilities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving mentality
Responsibilities: Main activities OFR product manager
- Coordinates the execution of the global sourcing strategy for OFR at national level (end-to-end, including inland logistics and depot, as well as demurrage management).
- Provide guidelines for OFR teams to correctly translate global capacity management requirements into country-specific tasks and monitor performance.
- Route planning and capacity allocation in the country
- Forecasting supply and demand in the country
- Coordinate analysis to identify country-specific supply and demand levels, network planning and control.
- Ensure local sourcing (including domestic logistics).
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment with regional/global DRAO management.
- Is responsible for compliance with contracts negotiated worldwide
- Is responsible for optimizing the local supply of OFR for cash quotes and consolidation opportunities.
- Ensure good day-to-day relations with service providers at national level
- Sets internal tariffs for activities purchased locally, and verifies internal tariffs set centrally for its own country.
- Report local carriers' performance problems to local suppliers' KAMs and to the regional routing manager if necessary.
- Includes the CO2 efficiency of DRAO transport emissions.
- Interacts with customers in accordance with sales strategy
