MSC is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with leading technology company NYSHEX to digitize the performance tracking of its ocean freight contracts.

NYSHEX helps carriers, shippers and NVOCCs (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers) to improve the performance of their commercial agreements.

Using a secure cloud-based platform, NYSHEX's technology digitizes these agreements, including key terms, allocations and service levels, and compares this information with live booking data, container milestones and vessel schedules via automated workflows.

The NYSHEX platform will give MSC real-time insight into its marine contracts, enabling sales and marketing staff to monitor performance, receive automated alerts on booking patterns, and adapt more effectively and proactively to changing market dynamics and trends.
