The Bolloré Group and the CMA CGM Group announce the completion as of today of the sale of 100% of Bolloré Logistics to CMA CGM, it being specified that the transfer of Bolloré Logistics Sweden AB to the CMA CGM Group remains subject to CMA CGM obtaining authorization for foreign investments in Sweden.

The sale price for the shares is 4.850 billion euros, after provisionally estimating debt and cash at the date of completion.

A leading transport and logistics company in France, and one of the main players in the sector worldwide, Bolloré Logistics generated sales of 7.1 billion euros in 2022, transported 710,000 TEU of sea freight and 390,000 tonnes of air freight, and had warehousing capacity of 900,000 m2 .

The most important acquisition since the creation of the CMA CGM Group in 1978, this operation represents a major step in CMA CGM's strategy to develop its logistics activities, in addition to its historic shipping business.
