Le responsable de la Direction provisoire de l’aménagement de la RN1 entre Tiznit et Dakhla Mbarek Fancha a annoncé hier que les travaux de réalisation du mégaprojet de la voie Express reliant Tiznit à Dakhla ont atteint plus de 92% au niveau de la région Souss-Massa.
En marge d’une visite de terrain d’une délégation de la Commission de l’intérieur, des collectivités territoriales et des infrastructures à la Chambre des Conseillers, Mbarek Fencha a déclaré que les travaux des grands ouvrages d’art de ce lot ont été achevés, notant que l’axe de Souss-Massa s’étale sur près de 48 km.
Il faut préciser que le premier tronçon relie le sud de Tiznit à Sidi-Bounaâmane sur 37 km et le deuxième lie Sidi-Bounaâmane à Anga (province de Sidi-Ifni).
Le président de la Commission de l’intérieur, des collectivités territoriales et des infrastructures à la Chambre des Conseillers, Moulay Abderrahman Blila, a indiqué quant à lui que cette visite de terrain de la délégation parlementaire a pour objectif de constater de visu l’état d’avancement des travaux de réalisation de la voie Express Tiznit-Dakhla.
Il souligne toutefois que ce projet national important contribuera à renforcer le trajet routier entre le Royaume et le reste du continent africain.
La voie express Tiznit-Dakhla, qui s’inscrit dans le cadre du nouveau modèle de développement des Provinces du Sud du Royaume, constitue un mégaprojet qui va renforcer de manière constante les liens économiques et commerciaux entre le Maroc et sa profondeur africaine.
Ce projet à portée stratégique, objet d’une convention de partenariat signée devant Sa Majesté le Roi Mohammed VI à Laâyoune en 2015, à l’occasion de la commémoration du 40e anniversaire de la Marche verte, reste un réel pont logistique entre le Maroc et le reste des pays africains. Cela participe à la consolidation du développement économique, au régional et continentale.
Il constitue également un exemple unique pour faire la promotion les relations maroco-africaines, tout en assurant une liaison routière entre le nord et le sud du continent, Cela permettrait ainsi d’établir une véritable passerelle entre le Maroc et les autres pays d’Afrique, pour bâtir une coopération sud-sud agissante et un développement économique en plein essor.
La réalisation de cette voie express de plus de 1000 km vise à aménager un axe routier avec de normes techniques de taille entre les Provinces du Sud et les autres régions du Royaume.
Elle permet aussi de réduire le temps du transport et d’améliorer le confort et la sécurité routière, à même de faciliter le transport des marchandises entre les villes du Sud du Maroc et les grands centres de production et de distribution.
Ce projet d’envergure, qui s’étend sur 1.055 km et dont le coût de réalisation s’élève à environ 10 milliards de DH, constitue un levier structurant pour le développement économique et social des Provinces du Sud du Royaume.
Il faut signaler que ce projet résulte d’un partenariat entre le ministère de l’Équipement, du transport, de la logistique et de l’eau, le ministère de l’Intérieur, le ministère de l’Économie et des finances, la région de Laayoune-Sakia El Hamra, la région de Guelmim-Oued Noun, la région de Dakhla-Oued Eddahab et la région de Souss-Massa.
