Projet44 précise dans sa note que « parmi ces navires, deux vraquiers ont quitté le port de Chornomorsk le 9 août. L’Océan Lion, le plus grand navire à transporter des céréales ukrainiennes à ce jour, est parti pour la Corée du Sud avec 64 720 tonnes de maïs à bord, tandis que le Rahmi Yagci avait 5 300 tonnes de farine de tournesol à bord ».

Si, dans ce cadre et à l’instar de la Pologne, la Roumanie s’est positionnée pour offrir un accès de plus au Danube, elle n’avait pas forcément anticipé la congestion soudaine de ses ports.
