En 2006 il revient en Tunisie et y occupa par la suite plusieurs fonctions, notamment celles de directeur des Achats du Réseau à Shell Oil Products Africa (Sopaf), directeur général de Butagaz Tunisie de 2010 à 2012, directeur du réseau des stations-service Shell de Vivo Energy Tunisie, dont il est devenu directeur général en 2015.
Il faut préciser que Vivo Energy est le gérant des stations-service du groupe anglo-néerlandais Shell sur le continent africain. Au Sénégal, où la marque est officiellement présente depuis 1928, Vivo Energy procède à la vente des carburants et lubrifiants en stations-service et auprès de certaines firmes.
Le nouveau DG au Sénégal nourrit beaucoup d’ambitions et compte appuyer Vivo Energy afin « d’atteindre de nouveaux sommets » et faire d’elle « la société d’énergie la plus respectée d’Afrique ».
