Face à la crise sanitaire et à un contexte géopolitique perturbé, la gestion de la Supply Chain s’est aujourd’hui complexifiée. Son équilibre est bousculé, ce qui l’oblige à trouver de nouveaux repères et à s’adapter.
« Certains fournisseurs, bien établis jusque-là, sont susceptibles de disparaître du jour au lendemain. Le marché peut donc être confronté à une pénurie de composants ou de matières premières, à une variation des cours, ou à la nécessité de trouver des substituts », explique Didier AIVAZOFF.
Développer son agilité pour s’adapter au changement
Compte tenu de ces nouvelles difficultés, l’optimisation de leur Supply Chain est donc aujourd’hui, pour les entreprises, un défi encore plus important. Elles doivent réaliser un diagnostic de l’organisation de leur chaîne logistique, afin de cibler les points non maîtrisés.
En fonction des problématiques, elles peuvent opter pour différentes solutions techniques (telles que le paramétrage ou une utilisation différente de leurs systèmes d’informations), afin de s’adapter au mieux aux exigences du nouveau contexte.
« Le grand défi des entreprises, c’est de comprendre que la donne a changé et de savoir faire preuve de réactivité. La démarche d’adaptation passe par un savoir-faire innovant et/ou par un aménagement de l’outil de production global, afin de modifier la capacité à produire, à planifier la production et à gérer les informations », précise Didier AIVAZOFF, fermement convaincu que la réussite de l’organisation d’une Supply Chain « se fait toujours aux interfaces ».
Selon lui, les entreprises ont longtemps travaillé « en silo », en privilégiant – souvent sans le savoir – l’objectif local à l’objectif global. Elles pouvaient donc être performantes en commerce ou en production, mais beaucoup moins en gestion des stocks, des approvisionnements, ou en logistique de distribution…
« La priorité est désormais de privilégier l’objectif global et de servir le client en affichant le taux le plus faible possible de ruptures et de sur-stocks, afin de réduire le coût et d’optimiser la rentabilité, tout en améliorant le service. L’entreprise doit développer une qualité essentielle : l’agilité », affirme notre expert.
Un problème majeur : la pénurie de main-d’oeuvre
Le milieu de l’entreprise doit également faire face à une forte croissance économique et, par conséquent, à une raréfaction de la main-d’œuvre. Beaucoup d’entreprises sont confrontées à un marché de plein emploi.
