L’objectif de l’évènement « Les Elles de l’Océan » qui se tient depuis le 8 juin 2022 est de faire la promotion de la mixité et la place des femmes au sein de la filière maritime à travers des visites, ateliers et tables rondes.
S’adressant aux jeunes filles et aux jeunes femmes à l’occasion de l’événement Les Elles de l’océan, qui se déroule depuis le 8 juin dans les régions littorales métropolitaines, ultramarines et même en Ile-de-France, Marie-Noëlle Tiné-Dyèvre, directrice adjointe du Cluster Maritime Français, présidente de WISTA France déclare : « Cap sur votre avenir avec la mer ».
Des secteurs très distincts
Pour encourager le rôle et place des femmes dans la filière maritime, à l’initiative du Cluster maritime français et l’association Elles a décidé de se bouger.
À cet effet, l’édition 2022 propose aux collégiennes, lycéennes et universitaires de découvrir les métiers de la filière maritime dans des secteurs aussi différents que l’industrie et la construction navale, le transport maritime, la marine marchande, la Marine nationale, la course au large, le nautisme, l’ostréiculture, les énergies marines renouvelables, la recherche ou encore le droit maritime…
- Des visites de ports, de chantiers et d’ateliers de construction, de navires en opération, de sous-marin, de centres de contrôle et de commandes satellites, de laboratoires de recherche ;
- Des expositions, projections et présentations de métiers du maritime de A à Z, d’innovations technologiques;
- Des conférences, tables rondes et ateliers d’échanges avec des professionnelles sur leur métier et leur parcours sont organisés pour faire connaître davantage ces métiers et attirer les nouvelles recrues.
L’événement profite de l’appui de WISTA France, dont la vocation est de refléter la présence féminine dans le monde maritime, de la Marine Nationale, des fédérations professionnelles telles que le GICAN (Groupement des industries de construction navale) et Armateurs de France et du patronage du Secrétariat d’État chargé de la Mer et du ministère de l’Éducation nationale et de la jeunesse.
