Hapag-Lloyd détient également des participations dans le groupe italien Spinelli, dans le JadeWeserPort à Wilhelmshaven, dans le terminal à conteneurs Altenwerder à Hambourg, dans le terminal TC3 à Tanger et dans le terminal 2 à Damiette, en Égypte, qui est actuellement en construction.
