Le constat du coût élevé de la logistique au Maroc et de sa faible performance, ce qui pénalise la compétitivité de l’économie nationale est mis en exergue par le rapport de la commission spéciale sur le nouveau modèle de développement. Ceci malgré un important investissement dans l’infrastructure d’accompagnement (ports, autoroutes, réseau ferroviaire…).
La croissance du secteur est obstrué par des freins, notamment en lien avec une gouvernance diffuse, des flux non optimisés et des acteurs peu structurés.
La CSMD a recommandé dans le même rapport de mettre en place des plateformes digitales multifonction, d’appuyer les startups innovantes dans ce secteur et de fournir des services digitaux spécifiques aux petits acteurs d’un côté, pour faciliter leur intégration dans le secteur formel, et aux plus grands de l’autre, pour se professionnaliser davantage.
Fretwork, le 1er réseau de réflexion sur l’innovation et la compétitivité logistique au Maroc
Fretwork constitue un espace de réflexion qui ambitionne de regrouper les cadres et dirigeants du secteur logistique issus de différents horizons : public, grandes entreprises, start up innovantes et associations professionnelles autour de la réflexion sur le rôle de la technologie dans la compétitivité logistique.
Les activités de ce réseau sont variés : séminaires, production de policy paper, articles scientifiques et mission de formation gratuite et d’accompagnement digital en faveur des petits acteurs du secteur de transport.
Lancement du Fretwork
Le lancement du Fretwork se tient ce jeudi dans les locaux de l’ESCA. La thématique de la conférence inaugurale est axée sur « Le rôle de la digitalisation dans l’intégration des acteurs de la Supply ».
Mohamed Sabbar (Directeur Supply chain de Zine capital invest) ; Maha Rais (Directrice Supply chain de Sotherma) ; Kamal Elhamdi (Directeur Supply chain de Marjane), Omar El Kouhene (Co-fondateur de Freterium) et Mohamed Aamalich (Chef Département Modernisation des Chaînes Logistiques à l’AMDL) sont les intervenants lors de cette conférence.
