Azzedine Zekri, membre du groupe parlementaire de l’Union marocaine du travail (UMT) n’a pas caché son mécontentement affirmant que les subventions allouées par l’État aux professionnels du secteur du transport ont surtout profité à « la bourgeoisie » dudit secteur, comme « elles sont limitées et arbitraires ».
C’est lors de la session publique réservée aux questions orales, à la Chambre des conseillers, mardi dernier que le député a révélé qu’une personne détenant 200 agréments de taxis aurait aussi été l’un des bénéficiaires de ces subventions.
Il ajoute que cette personne gagnerait la coquette somme de 320.000 DH de subventions mensuelles. Azzedine Zekri déplore cette démarche, tandis que d’autres franges du secteur du transport ont été privées de ces subventions, c’est le cas notamment des transporteurs des fruits et légumes des fermes aux souks, mais aussi des transporteurs des ouvriers agricoles.
Toutefois, on entend un autre son de cloche tout à fait contraire du côté du ministère du Transport et de la logistique qui botte en touche ces affirmations.
En effet, une source proche du Département de Mohamed Abdeljalil a catégoriquement démenti qu’une subvention ait été octroyée aux détenteurs d’agréments, dans le cadre des subventions allouées aux professionnels du secteur du transport.
De surcroît, le ministre a assuré qu’il n’existe nulle personne au Maroc détentrice de 200 agréments de taxis, a-t-on précisé.
Il faut noter que les bénéficiaires de ces subventions sont des personnes prestataires des services de transport et exploitant les véhicules, tandis que concernant les taxis, a déclaré la même source à Le Site info, « les subventions sont au profit des exploitants, mais à la condition qu’ils en partagent le montant avec les chauffeurs au cas où ces derniers participeraient aux frais inhérents à l’approvisionnement en carburant ».
