  • What services are you planning to launch for your customers soon?

It is with the aim of being able to intervene throughout the logistics chain, and to offer services at each stage of this chain. This is what motivated the establishment of the branch in Senegal.

The priority services revolve around the customs clearance of the goods, all that is port formalities with the shipping companies, all that requires fees at the container terminal, there is also the collection and delivery of the goods to the end customer.

We offer road transport service with trucks and can carry out container transport from the port to the final destination.

As for the cargoes that leave in transit to the sub-region, we intervene in the transport but also at the border towards Mali and other countries such as Guinea and Mauritania. We take charge of the goods from Dakar to Bissau, Bamako, Nouakchott. And we carry out all the formalities relating to the goods from their departure to final delivery.

  • What is special about your service offerings for national customers?

We can do Door to Door, which means taking charge of the goods from departure to arrival. Once we are requested, we do all the work upstream and downstream.

The customer has the possibility to take responsibility for his cargo, to do the follow-up, to be able to anticipate on anything that is against time, and to be able to avoid all these hassles that can occur at the terminals. If it is from Europe to Africa or Europe to Asia, or Africa to Asia and vice versa, there is this possibility that we offer to traders to take charge from departure to arrival.

Assistance and advice when there are difficulties, we can intervene through the network of our partners at the local and international level. Whoever wants to do a commercial operation, we can also make representation to his supplier and proceed with the supplies on his behalf.

  • Is there a logistics flow between Senegal and Switzerland?

We are also there for these types of structures and we can really do everything from pre-clearance to customs clearance and fees. We are not fixed only on traders but remain attentive to all those who express a logistical need and we try to provide them with solutions.

  • What are the different subsidiaries you have in Africa?

We are present in West Africa, particularly in Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Gambia and East Africa, we have partners who take over in certain operations. We try to develop synergies, which allow us to be able to intervene almost everywhere in Africa. That is the supply chain, being able to intervene in each link to be competitive and to be able to satisfy customers.

  • What is the route of your different operations: Africa to Europe? Europe to Asia or Africa? Africa to Asia or vice versa?

We have an office in Poland, but also in France, we can manage logistics operations from there. We are also present in South America and Asia. We are able to manage operations from Brazil, from Argentina to China. We are in a position to offer the best services anywhere in the world.

  • And in this sense, what arrangements have been made for local exporters?

We have a great potential for export and a lot of efforts are being made to boost this sector. We are working on this aspect since there are many export operations in Senegal, particularly with recyclable materials, agricultural and market garden products.

We have positioned ourselves in this sector, which is a sector where we offer a lot of logistics services (departure to the customer, export customs formalities, everything related to shipping at the port and up to the destination in Europe or Asia).

The biggest problem is the destination since the standards are very restrictive, but we try to strengthen communication with exporters in terms of documents and compliances so that their operations take place in the best conditions. We also play this role of advice for our clients because the success of the operation is also our success.
