Faced with a talent shortage, companies are increasing salaries to attract candidates. Discover the median salaries for key professions.

The logistics and transport sector is one of the most dynamic in 2025, despite a sluggish job market. According to Philippe Perret, Vice President France and Luxembourg at LHH, “Companies are adjusting their salary policies to meet recruitment challenges in professions where skills are scarce.”

Strategic positions such as supply chain director (€120.505 gross/year) or logistics director (€134.371 gross/year) are seeing their salaries increase significantly.

Skilled profiles are particularly sought after, but the sector is also recruiting for less specialized jobs. In 2025, a warehouse worker will earn a median of €24.831 gross/year, while an order picker will earn €29.874 gross/year.

“The tension in the labor market puts candidates in a favorable position,” Philippe Perret emphasizes that companies are therefore relying on remuneration to retain their talents.

With the impact of AI and environmental challenges, logistics and transportation jobs continue to evolve. Median salaries, driven by the need for scarce skills, reflect this dynamic. This is a sector to watch for candidates seeking professional opportunities and attractive compensation.

Driven by the rise of e-commerce and environmental challenges, the logistics and transport sector is expected to see strong growth in 2025.
