DHL Supply Chain France changes CEO

Nico Schütz succeeds Jan Willem Winkelhuijzen as CEO of the logistics group’s French subsidiary. Previously CEO of DHL Supply Chain Middle East, Nico Schütz was appointed as CEO of DHL Supply Chain France on 1 July. He continues to report to Hendrik Venter, CEO of DHL Supply Chain EMEA, and remains a member of the Management Board of DHL Supply Chain EMEA.

Aged 44, he has spent his career at DHL starting in 2006 within DHL Consulting. In 2012, he joined DHL Supply Chain and, in 2014, became VP Strategic Transformation EMEA, leading a large-scale transformation project for DHL Supply Chain EMEA and in particular in France.

In 2016 he became Managing Director Slovakia and from 2019 Hungary. Business Unit Director from 2020 He became CEO Middle East in November 2022 where he was entrusted with responsibility for logistics activities in Saudi Arabia and Oman, as well as the management of the Procurement & Logistic Hub project carried out in partnership with Aramco.
