After Auchan in 2022, it is the Supermarché Match stores and the mattress distributor Emma which are deploying the Woop last-mile management platform in order to organize the drive-through service and home deliveries respectively.
With Woop, Supermarché Match orchestrates the delivery of online orders on the website supermarchesmatch.fr and the “leave cart”, which allows customers to do their shopping in store, leave their cart at the end of the journey and then have their purchases delivered to their home.
The in-store teams then record the order on the Woop platform to plan the delivery slot operated by the network of more than 600 partner carriers including Tut Tut (collaborative delivery between individuals) and Livrado (electric vehicles and cargo bikes).
Woop thus allows the brand to centralize all of its store deliveries on a single interface and to favor low-carbon delivery methods.
“Today our teams and our carriers are more efficient in the service provided to our customers thanks to their support and the data generated by Woop,” commented Olivier Thibaut, e-commerce & home delivery project manager at Supermarché Match.
Emma delivers its mattresses to 14 countries
The German brand Emma, a mattress manufacturer, has also chosen the Woop platform to organize home deliveries in 14 countries worldwide (Italy, Portugal, Spain, UK, Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia, etc.).
According to Woop, thanks to its matching algorithm, the tool allows to challenge, in real time and dynamically, the carriers in order to propose the best delivery offer according to the geographical area and the expected service levels. Emma will also be able to benefit from the progressive integration of new international carriers capable of delivering bulky products.
