Pan-African startup Logidoo announces the acquisition of Ivorian company Kamtar, a recognized player in road transport. This strategic transaction marks a new step in the group's expansion, which aims to sustainably connect the logistics markets of North and West Africa.
Logidoo continues its continental development with the acquisition of Kamtar, an Ivorian company specializing in road freight transport. Present for more than ten years, Humble collaborates with multinationals, industrialists and major logistics operators in West Africa.
This rapprochement will allow Logidoo to strengthen its operational capacities on the corridors linking Morocco to the Ivory Coast and to consolidate its hybrid logistics model, combining digital platforms and physical infrastructures.
According to Tamsir Ousmane Traoré, founder and CEO of Logidoo Group, this integration marks a key milestone in the group's growth. It will offer its customers more integrated, reliable, and competitive transport solutions, while expanding regional coverage.

This approach is part of the strategy of Logidoo to create a fluid and interconnected network, facilitating intra-African trade and exchanges with the rest of the world.
The Logidoo ecosystem is structured around several complementary entities: the international transport platform Logidoo, the urban delivery service TexMiles, the software suite Afridoo for the management of logistics operations, and the B2B marketplace Doomaket, dedicated to connecting African merchants and international suppliers. By integrating Kamtar, The company is strengthening its capacity to offer a complete supply chain, from the first to the last mile.
Already established in Senegal, Morocco, Ivory Coast and Tunisia, Logidoo aims to expand its presence to other strategic African markets in the near future. With more than 600 clients, 200.000 transactions completed, and operations in eight countries, the group is establishing itself as a major player in modern logistics on the continent.
