In its latest publication of the Employment and Disability Observatory, Agefiph (Association for the management of the fund for the professional integration of people with disabilities) took an interest in the logistics sector.
With 840.000 pre-employment declarations in the transport and logistics sector, 2,5% of which concern BOE (Beneficiary of the Employment Obligation) job seekers, this sector has seen the largest increase in the number of employees over the last five years.
In 2022, 50.000 job seekers with disabilities were looking for a position in the transport and logistics sector (i.e. 10,5% of all job seekers with disabilities).
The number of companies subject to the OETH decreased by 4,5% in 2021. At the same time, the number of disabled workers in full-time equivalent increased by 0,4% to reach almost 17.500 people.
