According to a press release, CAF and AGL have formalized a new strategic partnership, making AGL the Official Logistics Partner of the next editions of the 2025 men's and 2026 women's CAN in Morocco.

CAF and AGL sealed their alliance at a signing ceremony in Johannesburg on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. This partnership builds on a successful collaboration during the 2023 AFCON in Côte d'Ivoire. CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe welcomed this initiative.

"AGL is a leading partner whose logistical expertise will contribute to the success of our flagship competitions. Together, we are working to develop African football, both men's and women's."

AGL, a subsidiary of the MSC Group, will leverage its logistics network in 47 African countries to ensure the smooth running of the tournaments, Philippe Labonne, President of AGL, emphasized.

"This collaboration embodies our shared vision of a united and excellent Africa. Football is much more than a sport: it is a lever for economic and social transformation for our communities."

With more than 1,5 billion viewers expected, the 2025 AFCON will be an opportunity to stimulate local economies and create jobs. By partnering with these major events, AGL confirms its commitment to supporting the continent's economic transformation while strengthening its social impact.

Beyond the field, the organization of the tournaments will help boost local economies, create jobs and improve infrastructure, illustrating how sport can be a powerful lever for moving Africa forward.

Beyond the sporting aspect, this partnership is committed to promoting gender equality, particularly through support for the 2026 Women's African Cup of Nations.
