Le 2 juin 2022, Bolloré Transport & Logistics a participé à la 5e édition de l’Africa Investments Forum & Awards (AIFA) qui s’est tenu au Pavillon d’Armenonville à Paris.
A cette occasion, Eric Melet, Directeur général développement de Bolloré Transport & Logistics et Président-directeur général de Bolloré Railways, a participé à la conférence – Perspectives des infrastructures : financer, construire et exploiter les bons actifs – qui s’est tenue de 10h30 à 11h30.
Il a présenté les principaux réseaux et écosystèmes ferroviaires propres à Bolloré Railways avant de faire un retour d’expérience sur la gestion d’un partenariat public-privé en Afrique. Eric Melet a également donné les clés d’un bon partenariat public-privé dans le secteur des infrastructures.
Pour sa part, Vincent Galindo, Directeur des Ressources Humaines en charge de la zone Afrique de Bolloré Transport & Logistics est intervenu lors de la conférence – Gestion des talents : les clés du business – qui s’est tenue de 14h50 à 15h40.
Il a abordé les principaux enjeux du continent africain tels que le développement des compétences clés ou la conservation des talents, ce qui implique le renforcement de la stratégie des ressources humaines, tout en capitalisant sur la forte marque employeur de Bolloré Transport & Logistics sur le continent.
Chaque année depuis 2017, l’AIFA réunit les acteurs publics et privés œuvrant dans des secteurs d’avenir.
