- Résumé du poste
Le Directeur Industriel est responsable de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de structuration d’une économie circulaire autour des déchets en relation avec toutes les parties prenantes.
- Responsabilité et objectifs
- Contribuer à la l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de développement industriel ;
- Concevoir la carte industrielle de valorisation des déchets au Sénégal et déterminer le potentiel d’investissement selon les gisements de déchets au niveau national ;
- Finaliser les investissements complémentaires attendus au niveau des centres intégrés de valorisation des déchets existant en vue de les rendre opérationnels ;
- Assurer le fonctionnement optimal et la maintenance des installations de valorisation de déchets qui seraient gérées ou cogérées par la SONAGED SA en relation avec ses partenaires dans le respect des normes en vigueur ;
- Superviser la réalisation d’études de faisabilité relative à l’implantation d’installations de valorisation des déchets dans les secteurs prioritaires définis dans Business Plan de la SONAGED SA (valorisation matières, plastiques, méthanisation production de CSR etc…) ;
- Superviser la participation de la SONAGED aux appels d’Offres Privés dans le domaine de la valorisation des déchets.
- Niveau d’études
- BAC+5 : Ingénieur Industriel, Chimiste ou domaine connexes
- Compétence générales requises
- Minimum de 05 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de sites de valorisation de déchets ;
- Connaissance des précédés dans la gestion de sites de valorisation de déchets ;
- Capacité de développement de nouveaux sites ;
- Maitrise des outils de gestion de projet.
