Au Sénégal, on a la chance de disposer de très bons instituts, personnellement je trouve que nos jeunes sont bien formés mais il faut également beaucoup de rigueur dans le travail. Même si vous êtes bien formés et qu’au jour le jour vous ne travaillez pas avec l’esprit de vouloir délivrer le meilleur service possible, cela ne marchera pas.
Il faut forcément se mettre au diapason et être le meilleur dans son activité pour pouvoir y perdurer.
